40 Twist Crunches Rear Stretch Kick 10x Bow Stance 1 min
25 Push Ups Side Rising Kick 10x Cross Stance 1 min
100 Jump Rope Front Stretch on wall 10x Drop Stance 1 min

This workout should start your day out nicely. You only need to run through each round once but can do it a couple times if you want more of a workout to start your day. Enjoy!
