Chan Quan Horse Stance

Place your legs twice the length of your shoulders

Bend your knees. Try to get your thighs parallel to the ground but you may need to start with a higher stance

Feet should be pointing mostly forward, may face away from each other at a slight angle

When learning, it may help to keep your arms out in front of you to help with posture

Try getting to where you can hold this stance for at least 60 seconds
