Leap forward to the left at a 45 degree angle.
Pivot 90 degrees into a right forward Soft Bow Stance while performing an Outward Block with your right hand and a Reverse Punch with your left hand
Bring your right knee up into the your attackers abdomen while allowing the right hand to drop
Circle the right hand behind you and over head to strike the center of the spine
