Drop into a Horse Stance and bring your arms down, trapping both of your opponents arms

Spin out to the right over your opponent by stepping left at a 45 degree angle and then swing your right leg behind you landing in a left forward Hard Bow Stance
Dig your fingers into your opponents wrist while applying pressure on the back of their hand with your thumbs, use this wrist lock to bring the attackers head down
Perform a Japanese Thrust Kick with your right leg to your opponents chin returning to your Hard Bow Stance
Shuffle into a Side Horse Stance still holding onto your attackers arm your right hand. Strike downward with your left forearm right behind your attackers elbow joint
Place your left hand and the back of your attackers neck and pull downward as you strike upward with your knee to the nose
